TheBrinell hardness testshall be carried out in accordance withEN IS0 6506-1, on the outer face of either sml pipes or a sample taken from theSML cast iron pipe.The surface to be tested shall be suitably prepared by means of light local grinding and the test results shall conform to Table 1.
